When your student refund is posted to the 账户, you will be notified by e-mail (your ETBU Tigermail 账户. 秋季学期, student refunds are processed (approximately) beginning with the second full week of September and continue through the end of the term. 春季学期, refunds are processed (approximately) beginning with the second week of February and continue through the end of the term.

Registration with the University is considered a contract binding students for the entire academic period. A student finding it necessary to withdraw from the University must officially withdraw through the 注册商’s Office. This official withdrawal must be accomplished before any consideration can be given by the 业务办公室 for granting refunds. Failure to attend class or simply notifying an individual instructor of intent to withdraw will not be regarded as an official withdrawal.

Certain federal and 状态 financial aid programs require proceeds to be assessed according to a pro rata policy, 哪一个是基于出席的最后一天或其他政策. Students participating in these programs will be subject to policy as prescribed by the program. Scholarship or financial assistance is not disbursed if a student withdraws before the end of the registration period. Amounts due for board will be calculated on a prorated basis of eight weeks from the first day of class in the fall and spring semesters. After eight weeks of the semester, there will be no prorated refund of board charges. There is no refund or adjustment in board costs for meals not taken in the dining hall or funds unspent from declining balance by the student’s choice.
